Metal will be used more often. Taylor Art House now has a MIG welder and there will be many more welded sculptural works in the future.

I ran into Burning Technologies on a Pratt tour of metal shops with Mark Rudis, the welding instructor and artist several years ago. A couple of the houses and some 6 x 6 inch bases were made by them.

I asked if the macine could cut both ways, they said not to, it would blow out on one side. They told me what it would look like and I liked it, so they did it.
